Athletic Fat Burn Class (Monday, Friday)

If you are looking for a way to spice up cardio and get healthy this is it. Your heart rate will stay high while burning tons of fat jumping over hurdles and onto boxes. Your hips and obliques will be on fire from using your feet quickly sideways, forwards, and backwards. The class has a very fun atmosphere full of laughs and support. This class is perfect for anyone trying to lean out as well as get their body moving in all the ways possible!

Power Hour (Sunday)

Our largest and most immersive class offered. Power Hour is what started our success in classes and has stayed a crow favorite ever since. This class provides incredible energy, atmosphere, and intensity. With the most creative functional movements and a never boring class structure Power Hour will not only leave you with one of the best workouts you’ve ever had, you will leave feeling proud of yourself for what you have accomplished. All levels welcome!

Booty Class (Wednesday)

We know as well as anyone how important the booty muscle is. From building the perfect look to helping our back pain go away, a healthy muscular glute is a must. This class specifies on burning fat while at the same time building the perfect booty. These classes stay small in size to ensure proper attention and support from the trainer. All levels welcome!
